Michel Maquil

Michel has had a long career within the Luxembourg financial industry, including serving as CEO of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange from 1987 to 2012. He then took on the role as advisor to the Governor of the Luxembourg Central Bank from 2012 to 2019. He has also been a member of the board of directors of several professional and financial institutions throughout his career (ABBL - Luxembourg Bankers Association and ALFI - Luxembourg Fund Association), as well as working on committees with the CSSF. Michel now acts as a strategic advisor to MAQIT, where he is also a member of the board of directors.
